We use waterbase printing on our shirts for white and light colored fabrics when darker colored fabrics are not offered in the same style, dying the ink into the fabric. These shirts have a no ink feel providing maximum comfort, the ink is eco-friendly and has a great vintage look. On dark color fabrics, we use plastisol ink which sits on top of the fabric and we print in such a way as to not have a heavy ink feel to it. The plastisol ink we use is as environmentally friendly as they come. In many cases we use a premium standard process. (See next question.)
We use a premium standard, a special hybrid style of printing in which a discharge under base is applied with special soft inks on top. This allows a strong print with bright colors while keeping the printing really soft (even on dark colored shirts). And it only gets softer after you wash the shirts! When red and blue shirts are offered in a specific style, we use plastisol ink. (See question above.)
We use 100% cotton fabric for all our shirts for comfort and quality with brands like Anvil, Alstyle, Bella, Gildan, and American Apparel. Shirt colors may vary slightly from the color you see on your screen.
